Make the sauce and cook
- Whisk BBQ sauce, grape jelly, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a slow cooker until smooth and combined.
- Add frozen fully cooked meatballs to the slow cooker and stir until evenly coated with the sauce.
- Cover and cook on LOW 3-4 hours, or HIGH 2 hours, until meatballs are heated through; stir once halfway for even glazing.
- Stir until the sauce is glossy and the meatballs are heated through, then keep on WARM until ready to serve.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot with toothpicks.
Notes
Pro tip: stir once halfway so every meatball gets coated and the sauce turns glossy instead of pooling. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days; reheat in a skillet or microwave until hot. Freezing is not ideal because the sauce can change texture, but you can freeze if needed—thaw in the fridge and reheat gently. For a lower-sugar option, use sugar-free grape jelly and a reduced-sugar BBQ sauce.
