Prep and assemble
- Preheat the oven to 350F, then grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Keep it ready for the roll layers.
- Slice the rolls horizontally in one sheet without separating, then place the bottoms in the dish. Leave the rolls connected so they bake as a single stack.
- Spread the Dijon mustard on the roll bottoms, then layer the sliced turkey and the brie (or white cheddar) on top. Cover the surface evenly so every slider gets filling.
- Spread the whole berry cranberry sauce on the cut side of the tops and place the tops over the filling. Press down gently to help the layers set.
- Whisk the melted butter, honey, poppy seeds, and dried thyme, then brush the mixture over the tops. Use all the glaze for a golden, flavorful finish.
Bake and serve
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. You should see the filling heat through and the cheese begin to soften.
- Uncover and bake for 5 minutes until golden and the cheese is fully melted. Watch for browned tops and bubbling edges.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve warm. The layers should pull cleanly with each piece.
Notes
For clean slices, let the sliders rest in the pan for 5 minutes after baking so the cheese firms up. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheat at 350F until warmed through. Freezing is not recommended because the rolls and cranberry sauce can soften after thawing. For a lower-sodium option, choose reduced-sodium deli turkey and a no-sugar-added cranberry sauce.
